We collect the following data when you use AlphaIntel:

• Account information: name and email address (provided via our authentication provider when you sign up).
• Analysis data: the stock tickers and parameters you submit for analysis.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the AlphaIntel platform and deliver analysis results.

• To improve and develop our platform based on usage patterns.

4. AI Data Processing

When you run an analysis, your request (stock ticker and analysis parameters) is processed by our AI infrastructure, which relies on third-party large language model (LLM) providers. The data sent to these providers is pseudonymised: it consists solely of the stock ticker and publicly available market data retrieved for that analysis. No personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or account ID) is included in these requests. Per our data processing agreements, your data is not used to train their AI models. Our AI providers operate under zero data retention (ZDR) agreements, meaning your analysis data is not stored on their servers after processing.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following categories of service providers to operate AlphaIntel:

• Authentication provider: manages user sign-up, login, and session management.
• Hosting providers: serve our website and backend infrastructure.
• AI processing providers: process pseudonymised analysis queries containing stock tickers and market data. No personal data is included in these requests. Operate under zero data retention agreements.
• Error monitoring: helps us identify and fix technical issues. May collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and interaction patterns. Only active with your analytics consent.
• Analytics: privacy-focused usage analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, and performance. Only active with your analytics consent.

6. Where Your Data Is Processed

Your personal data (account information, usage data) is processed primarily in Switzerland and the European Economic Area. When you run an analysis, pseudonymised data (stock tickers and market parameters only) may be processed outside Switzerland by our AI providers. These transfers are conducted on the basis of appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and applicable data privacy frameworks, consistent with FADP Art. 16. The pseudonymised analysis queries do not contain personally identifiable information.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
